Delete Your Account & Data

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of your Omniae account and the personal data associated with it. Omniae is a women-focused travel application; we take your privacy and right to be forgotten seriously and will action every valid deletion request.

To request deletion, email from the email address registered to your Omniae account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

How to request deletion

  1. Open your email client and send a message to support@omniae.app.
  2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  3. Send the email from the address associated with your Omniae account so we can verify ownership. If you signed in with a federated identity (e.g., Google via Microsoft Entra), include that email in the message body.
  4. Optionally, tell us whether you want to delete your account entirely, or only specific data categories listed below.

Once we verify the request, your account is deactivated immediately and permanent deletion of your data follows the schedule in the next section.

Deleting only specific data (without closing your account)

You may request deletion of specific data categories — for example, your profile photo or your message history — without deleting your account. Mention the categories in your email, and we'll confirm before acting.

Re-creating an account after deletion

Deletion is permanent. If you choose to use Omniae again afterwards, you'll need to create a new account. Previously deleted data cannot be restored.
